By accessing or using Axon Ride ("Axon Ride", "we", "us", or "our") through our website, mobile site, or any related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with its "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and make bookings on Axon Ride. Minors may only travel when accompanied by an adult or with the consent of a parent or legal guardian, and in accordance with the policies of the relevant transport operator.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

All bookings are subject to seat availability and confirmation by the relevant bus operator or car hire partner. A booking is only confirmed when you receive an email and dashboard confirmation containing your booking reference and e-ticket.

Seats are allocated per booking and are not transferable between passengers unless the operator permits it. You must present a valid government-issued ID that matches the lead passenger's name when boarding. Passengers should arrive at the departure point at least 30 minutes before the scheduled departure time; late arrival may result in the seat being released without refund.

Prices are displayed in Nigerian Naira (NGN) and include applicable taxes and fees unless stated otherwise. We use third-party payment processors to handle payments securely; we do not store your full card details on our servers.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, even after a booking is confirmed. In the event of a material pricing error, we will contact you to confirm the correct price or cancel the booking with a full refund.

Cancellation and refund policies are determined by the individual operator and are shown to you at checkout before payment. Where a cancellation is permitted, refunds are processed to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Axon Ride acts as a booking agent for the operators on our platform. We facilitate cancellations and refunds but do not set operator policies. Promotional or campaign bookings may be non-refundable and non-transferable; the applicable terms are displayed on the campaign page before payment.

When using the Service, you agree that you will not:

• Book seats or vehicles for the purpose of reselling them without our written consent;
• Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purpose;
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, related systems, or other users' accounts;
• Scrape, harvest, or collect information about other users without their consent;
• Upload malicious code or content that infringes the rights of others;
• Engage in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward staff, drivers, or other passengers.

Road travel involves inherent risks. You are responsible for your own safety, for complying with the instructions of drivers and operator staff, and for complying with all applicable laws during your journey. Axon Ride does not operate the buses or vehicles and is not responsible for the conduct of drivers or other passengers.

You are responsible for your personal belongings. We and our operator partners are not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal items unless caused by our own negligence.

All content on the Service — including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and the compilation thereof — is owned by Axon Ride or its licensors and is protected by Nigerian and international intellectual property laws.

You may view, download, and print pages for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, republish, or exploit any part of the Service for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services (such as payment processors or operator websites) that are not owned or controlled by us. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party sites. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, nor do we warrant the accuracy or completeness of any operator schedules, pricing, or availability information displayed on the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Axon Ride, its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the booking giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Axon Ride and its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claim, demand, loss, or damage (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms, your use of the Service, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We may also revise these Terms; the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the current version. Material changes will be highlighted on the Service where reasonably practicable.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation between you and us. If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably within 30 days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Kano State, Nigeria.
